Bookings can be completed on our website or by telephoning the office. Our website is the best place to find detailed information about the Units, with virtual tours giving you a clearer picture of the majority of our properties. Live availability means you know exactly what’s available and the full price is displayed with no hidden extras. A small number of properties require electricity to be paid by meter reading, in which case this will be highlighted in the description.

Generally, short breaks (less than a week) are only accepted during the low season. During the high season, short breaks are accepted within 2-3 weeks of the booking. The minimum number of nights you may book is 3. The website search will show you which units are taking short breaks for the time you have requested. Please call the office for more information or if you have a specific requirement.

If the dates you are booking are within 7 days you can book a property online but you will need to call the office to make payment. For last minute bookings we like to check with the housekeeping department  that everything will be ready for you. Please ensure you provide us with a telephone number should we need to contact you with any issues.

Properties may be occupied after 4pm and must be vacated by 10am unless otherwise stated – details will be included in the travel information. This allows enough time for the units to be cleaned and prepared for the next guests.

Once your payment has been received we will send detailed travel instructions to you. It’s worth noting that relying solely Google map directions can be a bad idea; rural post codes can often cover a wide area and reception can be poor.

Key collection information will be included alongside your travel instructions. ALL  properties have key master lock safes  which are opened using a combination given to you with the travel information.

We will be prepared to return any lost items, however postage and packaging must be paid in advance by you. Unfortunately we can’t accept any responsibility for the safety or safe transit of these items. Forgotten items may be disposed of after 28 days, so please make sure that you take all your belongings with you on departure.

We ask that you please leave the unit in a clean state, and A/C and electrical equipment’s switched off . Please ensure that you lock the door behind you and return the keys to the key safe and reset any key combinations to all zeros.
